Here is how we'll get started...

Getting to Know You

First, we'll schedule an initial phone consultation where our event planner will ask detailed questions about your event, the vision you have in mind and your specific needs. Whether you're looking for planning services, design services, or both, we'll discuss the roles our teams will be responsible for.

Customized Plan

After our initial consultation, you will receive a custom proposal and detailed contract that summarizes the event scope and services to be performed. If you decide to work with us, we will send a Terms of Service Agreement for you to sign and a deposit that will be due to secure

your date.

Let's Begin!

Depending on the scope of your event, we will either meet in person to discuss logistics in further detail or consult via email or a

phone call. From there, the fun begins and we can start planning and designing

your event!
